We have designed our referral process to place minimal demands on your office staff. Here is how it works:
Step 1: Submit the Referral
Send your MRI order via fax or have your patient call our office directly. Our team will take it from there.
Step 2: We Handle Scheduling
Our scheduling team contacts your patient promptly and finds the earliest available appointment, typically within the same week.
Step 3: Prior Authorization
If prior authorization is required, our dedicated authorization team works directly with the patient's insurance provider from submission through approval. Your office will receive updates throughout the process.
Step 4: The MRI Scan
Your patient is scanned on our Siemens 1.5T wide-bore MRI system by our trained imaging technologists. Every scan is performed with precision and reviewed by a qualified radiologist.
Step 5: Report Delivery
Radiology reports are delivered directly to your office promptly following the scan. Your team will never need to chase results or follow up for updates.
